Cherokee County Fire Training Facility

CWI was responsible for the construction of an addition and interior renovation of a 7400sf Fire Training Center in Holly Springs, GA. The project required the complete removal of the existing structure’s siding and roof and bringing the structure of the building up to current code by adding footings, columns, Heliarc piers and bracing. A 1400sf addition was constructed on the North end of the existing building to house the mechanical room, storage area, and restrooms. The renovated portion of the building houses classrooms, offices, break room, lobby, conference rooms, and library.
